These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LinkDividend website, platform, products, and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform, including all services offered to Publishers, Influencers, Advertisers, and Agencies.

By creating an account or using our platform in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use our services.

Who Can Use LinkDividend

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account with us. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account, until you notify us of unauthorized access. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, please let us know right away.

Account Approval and Verification

Creating an account does not guarantee approval. We review applications individually and reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any application or account at our sole discretion, with or without a stated reason.

Before approving an account, or before releasing a payment, we may ask you to verify your identity, business details, payment information, or traffic sources. This helps us maintain a trustworthy platform for everyone involved.

For Publishers and Influencers

When you join LinkDividend as a Publisher or Influencer, you agree to:

  • Promote campaigns honestly and in a way that reflects their actual terms
  • Avoid misleading claims, spam, or promotional methods that could damage the reputation of our Advertisers or partners
  • Only use approved promotional methods for each campaign, as outlined in the campaign details
  • Keep your content and channels appropriate and free of illegal, offensive, or harmful material

Commissions are calculated based on verified activity linked to your account, in line with the terms of each individual campaign. Payouts follow the schedule and thresholds shown in your dashboard.

For Advertisers and Agencies

When you partner with LinkDividend as an Advertiser or Agency, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your campaigns, offers, and commission structures
  • Honor the commission terms agreed upon for valid, verified activity
  • Avoid requesting or encouraging any promotional activity that violates applicable advertising laws or platform guidelines

We reserve the right to review campaigns before they go live to ensure they meet our platform’s quality standards.

Independent Relationship

Publishers, Influencers, Agencies, and Advertisers work with LinkDividend as independent parties. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture between you and LinkDividend. You are responsible for how you conduct your own business, including any staff, tools, or resources you use.

Campaign Availability

LinkDividend may make campaigns available through approved campaign providers and other business partners. Campaign availability, commission rates, promotional methods, and payout conditions may change, pause, or end at any time, without prior notice. A campaign being available today does not guarantee it will remain available, or on the same terms, in the future.

Campaign-Specific Terms

Each campaign available through LinkDividend may include additional rules, restrictions, payout conditions, and promotional requirements. By participating in a campaign, you agree to follow both these Terms and the campaign-specific requirements. Where a campaign-specific rule conflicts with these Terms, the campaign-specific rule will apply to that campaign.

Traffic Quality

Publishers and Influencers are responsible for sending genuine, human, and policy-compliant traffic to every campaign they promote. Traffic must reflect real interest from real people — deceptive practices, incentivized clicks that violate campaign rules, automated traffic, or any other manipulated activity are not permitted.

If a campaign provider determines that traffic did not meet its quality standards, the related commission may be adjusted, withheld, or reversed, even if it was initially approved.

The use of artificial traffic generation, misleading incentives, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any practice prohibited by campaign rules is strictly prohibited.

Publishers are responsible for ensuring that their promotional methods comply with the requirements of both LinkDividend and the applicable campaign provider.

Prohibited Activities

To keep LinkDividend fair and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Engage in click fraud, fake conversions, or any form of manipulated tracking activity
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform or campaigns
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or manipulate commissions
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or impersonate another person or business
  • Interfere with the security or normal functioning of our platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We may investigate any activity that appears to violate these rules and take appropriate action, including withholding payments, suspending accounts, or pursuing legal remedies where necessary.

Commissions and Payments

Commissions are earned only for activity that is verified as genuine and compliant with these Terms and the relevant campaign’s conditions. Commission rates, offer terms, and campaign availability may change, and a campaign may be paused, removed, or expire at any time. If this happens, we are not responsible for commissions on activity that occurs after the change takes effect, and any pending commissions tied to a removed or expired campaign will be handled according to that campaign provider’s reporting.

If we reasonably suspect fraudulent, invalid, or non-compliant activity, we may withhold, adjust, or reverse commissions related to that activity while we investigate.

If a campaign provider declines, reverses, or cancels a commission, LinkDividend may also reverse the corresponding commission where applicable.

Commission reporting delays caused by third-party campaign providers are outside LinkDividend’s reasonable control.

Payment methods, schedules, and minimum thresholds are outlined in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

No Guaranteed Earnings

LinkDividend does not guarantee any level of income, commissions, account approval, or campaign availability. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including campaign performance, audience engagement, and decisions made by campaign providers. Any figures shown on our platform or website are for informational purposes only and are not a promise of future earnings.

Third-Party Services

Some campaigns available through LinkDividend may be provided by approved third-party campaign providers or affiliate partners. Those organizations may have their own terms and policies governing the campaigns they provide. We encourage you to review those terms where applicable, as they may apply in addition to this agreement.

LinkDividend does not control the availability, approval decisions, tracking, validation, or payment decisions made by independent campaign providers. Where a campaign is supplied by a third-party provider, that provider’s own decisions on these matters will apply.

LinkDividend is not responsible for the products, services, websites, or policies of third-party campaign providers.

Intellectual Property

All content on the LinkDividend website and platform — including our logo, design, text, and software — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our platform for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse our content or branding without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of LinkDividend’s trademarks, branding, or intellectual property.

Account Inactivity

If your account shows no activity for 12 consecutive months, we may consider it inactive and reserve the right to suspend or close it. Any verified, outstanding commissions at the time of closure will still be handled according to our standard payment terms.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or pose a risk to our platform, our partners, or other users.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding, verified commissions owed at the time of closure will be handled according to our standard payment terms.

Platform Disclaimer

LinkDividend provides its platform and campaign listings on an “as is” basis. We don’t guarantee that our platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we don’t guarantee the accuracy of every detail supplied by third-party campaign providers. While we review campaigns before they go live, we’re not responsible for changes, errors, or availability issues on the part of third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkDividend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to hold LinkDividend, along with our team, partners, and affiliates, harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

Taxes

You are responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations, including any income tax, sales tax, or other reporting requirements that apply to the commissions or payments you receive through LinkDividend. We recommend speaking with a tax professional if you have questions specific to your situation.

Force Majeure

We won’t be held responsible for delays or failures in our services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or technical outages, government actions, natural disasters, or other similar circumstances.

Official Communications

We may send you important notices, updates, or announcements by email, through your account dashboard, or as an announcement on our platform. It’s your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date and to check these channels regularly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, services, or legal requirements. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use LinkDividend after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Right to Modify the Platform

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify any feature, campaign, service, or functionality of the platform at any time, without prior notice.

Electronic Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies referenced within them, make up the complete agreement between you and LinkDividend regarding your use of our platform, and replace any earlier agreements or understandings on the same subject.
