Publisher Agreement

This Publisher Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the specific terms that apply to Publishers and Influencers who join the LinkDividend network. It works alongside our general Terms and Conditions — where something here is more specific to Publishers, this Agreement applies in addition to those Terms.

By applying to join LinkDividend as a Publisher or Influencer, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility, Application, and Approval

To join as a Publisher, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information about yourself, your website, or your content channels during the application process. We review every application individually and reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Publisher account at our sole discretion.

Approval of your Publisher account does not guarantee approval for every individual campaign. Each campaign provider may independently review and approve Publishers before granting access to their offers.

We may also request identity, business, payment, or traffic verification before approving your account or releasing a payment.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not share your account with another person or organization.

Any activity performed through your account will be considered your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorized access.

Campaign Availability and Changes

Campaigns available through LinkDividend are supplied by approved third-party campaign providers. Campaign availability, commission rates, and access to specific campaigns may change at any time. A campaign provider may pause, remove, or discontinue a campaign without prior notice, and LinkDividend is not responsible for these decisions.

Promotional Guidelines

As a Publisher, you agree to:

Promote campaigns honestly, using accurate descriptions that reflect the actual offer
Follow the specific promotional methods approved for each individual campaign
Avoid making claims about a product, service, or offer that the campaign provider has not authorized
Keep your content, channels, and promotional material appropriate and free of illegal, offensive, or misleading material
Clearly disclose your use of affiliate links where required by applicable advertising or consumer protection laws

Each campaign may include its own specific rules and restrictions covering approved promotional methods, spending limits, or channel restrictions. Where a campaign’s specific requirements differ from this Agreement, the campaign-specific rules apply to that campaign.

Traffic Quality and Prohibited Activity

You are responsible for ensuring that all traffic you send through your links is genuine, human, and compliant with both this Agreement and the applicable campaign’s requirements. The following are strictly prohibited:

Artificial or automated traffic generation, including bots or scripts
Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
Misleading incentives that violate a campaign’s terms
Self-referrals, self-purchases, or transactions created solely to generate a commission, where prohibited by the campaign’s rules
Unauthorized trademark bidding, brand impersonation, or misleading advertisements that violate a campaign’s brand or advertising requirements
Sending unsolicited promotional messages, including email spam, SMS spam, browser notification spam, or any other unsolicited promotional method not permitted by the campaign
Any other manipulated or fraudulent promotional activity

If a campaign provider determines that traffic did not meet its quality standards, related commissions may be adjusted, withheld, or reversed — even if initially approved.

Compliance Reviews

LinkDividend may review your traffic sources, promotional methods, websites, applications, or social media channels to verify compliance with this Agreement and campaign requirements.

You agree to cooperate with reasonable compliance reviews where requested.

Commissions and Payments

Commissions are earned only on activity that is verified as genuine and compliant with this Agreement and the relevant campaign’s terms. Commission rates, structures, and payout conditions are outlined for each campaign and may change over time.

Campaign providers make independent decisions regarding approvals, validations, reversals, and commission calculations. LinkDividend relies on this reporting and is not responsible for a campaign provider’s individual decisions. If a campaign provider declines, reverses, or cancels a commission, LinkDividend may also reverse the corresponding amount from your account.

Payments and commissions may be temporarily withheld while we, or a campaign provider, investigate suspected fraud or a possible compliance issue.

Payment methods, schedules, and minimum thresholds are shown in your Publisher dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Use of Creative Materials

Where a campaign provider supplies banners, links, images, or other promotional materials, you may use them only for the purpose of promoting that specific campaign, and only for as long as the campaign remains active. You may not modify these materials in a way that misrepresents the campaign or the provider.

Campaign creatives, trademarks, and promotional materials remain the property of their respective owners. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights in that material to you.

Confidentiality

Any non-public information you receive about campaigns, commission structures, or platform features should be treated as confidential and not shared with third parties without our permission.

Independent Relationship

As a Publisher, you work with LinkDividend as an independent party. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and LinkDividend. You’re responsible for managing your own taxes, business operations, and any tools or resources you use to promote campaigns.

Limitation of Liability

LinkDividend provides access to campaigns and related services on an “as is” and “as available” basis and does not guarantee campaign availability, commission accuracy, or any level of earnings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkDividend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in campaigns or your use of the platform.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect for as long as your Publisher account is active. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate this Agreement, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or if your account shows no activity for 12 consecutive months.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding, verified commissions at the time of closure will be handled according to our standard payment terms.

Assignment

You may not transfer, assign, or sell your Publisher account or your rights under this Agreement without prior written permission from LinkDividend.

Survival

Any provisions relating to confidentiality, unpaid commissions, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, or dispute resolution will continue to apply even after this Agreement ends.

Electronic Acceptance

By applying for a Publisher account or continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that electronic acceptance of this Agreement has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

Entire Agreement

This Publisher Agreement, together with LinkDividend’s Terms and Conditions and any policies referenced within them, makes up the complete agreement between you and LinkDividend regarding your participation as a Publisher.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Publisher Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our platform or services. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continuing to promote campaigns after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Agreement.
